    Had Them Rebuilt

My Sachs have now been rebuilt at a cost of £583.20 (inc VAT) by BG Motorsport. A brilliant service, very quick turnaround and smiles all round. However, I am a little frustrated with Renault. Clearly, when deciding how to see off the 182 they saw 1000 or so Sachs suspension units and...

    Inside a Sachs Damper

Curiosity got the better of me so I decided to strip down my spare damper to see the inner workings and also see if I could find out why it had gone ‘soft’. Evo Top 100 Drivers Cars

Two cracking results for Renault, Trophy came joint 7th with Ferrari F50 and R26.R 4th! One bug-bear i have though is they talk about a 'layer of squidge' in the Trophy's suspension leading to it not feeling very honed and taught, and i quote 'ooldes of pitch and roll'... WTF!! I put it to them...

    Paint imperfections

Just bought some of that meguirs clay and gave it a quick whirl on a small bit of the roof. On close inpsection of said bit there are small imperfections (like little patches - looks like a stain) which can only be seen from a certain angle. Any ideas what they are and how to get them out?
