Hi Guys, this is my first post. I am registered on RS as dalesrenault.
Anyway i have just bought in a trophy today with the above reg number....stupid me though forgot to ask what number it is.

Was the vehicle anyones on here?

From memory it's 399, belonged to chap in Northumberland, and before that in Hitchin.

Thank you guys, i am waiting on the car to be delivered, hopefully it will be with us on thursday so will see what number it is then.. I love trophy's. seriously considering it for myself...

Also i am sure that we have a guy in Cornwall who owns a Trophy Number 00. We didnt supply it but i remember it being with us for a service once

yeh I remember the thread - still confused as it would mean there was 501 UK trophy's not the 500 RS said...

Renault's official figures for the Trophy are 500 UK and 552 in total. Weird.

Well yes, but I thought 50 went to the Swiss and we got 502 because of 00/500 and 000/500. One day we'll know the truth, probably after there's only 300 left!

There was one French Trophy. I met the guy at work. It wasn't a Swiss one. He said it was the only French one, direct from Renaultsport. If there's a 00 in the UK then that adds up. 501 + 50 +1 .

Last time I saw him he was in a black 182 though. I don't know if he had sold it or what. He wanted to put the Trophy suspension on the 182 but he was quoted 3,000 euro's.

Was this the prototype Trophy that was actually blue (and just a modified 182 Cup)? I haven't heard of this French one before, they must have kept one for themselves!

yeh - i remember the prototype was a blue 182 cup that had been modded. There's a pic on here somewhere of it.

No, this was a Trophy identical to the Swiss ones. ie, red with dodgy recaro's and 182 spoiler.
