I remember someone telling me they had a cable coming from the back of their headunit (using the connector for the cd changer i believe) and being able to plug in their (non iPod) MP3 player and be able to use the steering wheel audio controls (limited functionality maybe?)- this was ages back...
Sorry people, felt the need to post this as due to a 'cover up' by the Super Moderators (aka Laughter Police?) most of you will probably never know the amusement you missed out on this morning.
Seems that one of the moderators had a little too much to drink last night and made a LOT of posts...
I have to say that the red paint is one of the most unappealing things about Trophy ownership for me, i understand colour choice is a very personal thing - so some people will love the red paint - but for me, if the car was made available in another colour or two - i probably wouldnt choose red...
Has anyone on here fitted a rear strut brace? If so whats the thoughts on it - e.g is it worth it and has it made any difference to the handling?
Just thinking that it may or may not be a worthwhile option on a Trophy. Probably something Renault would have fitted originally though if it did...

They all seem to be average or...

As posted before i'm about to buy a Trophy and have been trying to look ahead a year or two and see what the Trophy is likely to be worth and how the introduction of the 197 Cup or Trophy might affect its values. In the end i've ended up with more questions than answers and simply havent been...
I was under the impression that there was only one 06 plate Trophy in the country and that was number 500/500 which was held back to 1st March and given away in a prize draw (Autocar mag i believe)
I have just been informed that this is not the only 06 plater around - just wondering if anyone...

Hi,
Looking for some feedback and advice if possible, i'm thinking about taking the plunge and buying myself a nice low mileage Trophy but the one thing that concerns me is the possible depreciation on the car - ideally what i am looking for is a car thats going to hold its money fairly...
