Be careful you don't disolve off all the serial numbers etc that are found on that plate on the dampers.....................O never mind.

Just leave a soap soaked microfibre over the top of them for a while. A good layer of wax beforehand should see them wash off without any problems.

:( But t-cut is horrible stuff don' use it, get down to halfords and get some meguires Scratch-X. Also they are doing a megs/autoglym BOGOF at the moment.

Most of the evidence seems to suggest that these units push out 165 standard, obviously. At the fly figures are fairly inexact but yours does seem high, to believe it you have to explain how two engines the same can produce such different results. What was your torque figure btw?

Useful info, though mine seems to be bearing up quite well at the moment. Really don't like what they've done to the 5GTT but fortunately more and more seem to be being put back to original.

Do the passenger side(second set of pics) have as much of a gap between the remote and the arm that it's attached to as the first set. You will probably not be able to see any wear on the ball joints without dropping them out.

Sounds a class selection of fun machinery, I think the T will fit in nicely.

You may need an open socket to fit an alun key through to stop the rod twisting as you undo it.

Also check the bottom joint, these seem to be wearing a little prematurely possibly as a result of the extra ET the wheels have.

Probably about the same as the other results posted in this thread.

Jesus £6k! Tempted to go for this and then make a quick grand reselling.

In terms of extras/features the T and 182FF are very different beasts so if do a little more research on what you want from the car. £6500 will get you a T but add another five hundred and you are likely to have a choice on lower mileage models. Also you are very unlikely to pick up a 182FF on here.

Isn't there a big motor show coming up, should drum up some interest. ;-)
