I was speaking to the garage owner yesterday (sourcing a part) he was saying he’d spent a few thousand on it, also has a spider. It’s where I got mine from

I did notice in his stock he’s also got a 172 that’s sitting on trophy wheels, they must be hard to get now I’d have thought

Looks like it's been for sale for some time, from the entry in the Owners Register here from Feb 2023. Trophy #405.

Ok. Well, the same advert/link you've posted above was posted back in Feb 2023 with the same mileage and price of £15k... Maybe to drum up interest/test the water while he's been putting it right perhaps?
