Trophy service in Colchester or Ipswich area?

Anyone know a good place to get a servce this area?

This is my first clio and I'm coming up to my 36k service and I'm trying to find a good garage.

I phoned BB performace tunning but they're not doing any services at the moment.

angelworks is a bit of a treck but worth it, from memory their not far off you, about 30 mins?

Cheers, they look like they know what they're doing. Only thing is they're about 1 and a half hours from me. That's a bit further than I was hoping.

Anyone know of someone closer?

Since bbpt went theres no one servicing the essex area except for mark fish (quite expensive).

I recommend either angelworks or gdi (thats where i go and im from colchester)

Thanks, looks like I'm in for a bit of a drive, not that I'm complaining...

Do you guys just wait while they do the service? In my old car I just used to go to main dealers and use a courtesy car for a few days, so this new territory for me!

Hi mate, Iv'e only had the one service at the moment, but my 22k is getting closer.
All done at Renault minute garage, hadleigh rd Ind Est Ipswich.
Where abouts you from? Im just outside ipswich, kesgrave way.

Hi, I'm in a village called Raydon, about half way between Ipswich and Colchester. Good to hear there's a another Trophy owner in the area!

How did you find the service at the Renault Minute garage?

Yep service seems really nice, helpful friendly guys there, no faults.
But this is my first car iv'e had from new, so nothing to compare against.
Keeping the FRSH. n all.

Just wanted to say thanks to everyone for the replies.

Ended up going to GDI. I thought they were excellent, I'd definitely recommend them.

Even got myself some Brembo max discs and Mintex pads fitted while I was there.

yup GDI are very good.

How are you finding the disks and pads? I have been looking at these myself. Are they much better than the standard set up / are they worth the money etc.....

They're still bedding in at the moment, but already they feel much better. Especially when you brake really hard, I've been finding myself doing this just for fun recently!

If I had the choice of the money, or the discs and pads, I'd go for the brakes every time.

bit late now i guess, but BB tunning's website states their workshop is up and running again.
Not sure if they are doing services for Clio though.
