Passenger footwell puddle!!

Noticed the car seemed to steaming up over the last week or so - didn't think too much of it because of all the wet weather.
Just gone to give the mats a bit of a clean and discovered a puddle under the mat in the pasenger footwell!!
Booked in at the stealers for a water check next week, they assure me it's covered by the warranty.
Anyone else had this problem? If so was it sorted under warranty?

Could be aftermarket stereo fitter or ac drain blocked or scuttle tray under wipers blocked drain.

No aftermarket stereo fitted, I'll leave it to Holdcrofts to find out where it's coming from next week.

If it tastes of glycol may be heater matrix? Does it smell of antifreeze in the car? Otherwise may be something simple.
