For sale is my fabulous Clio Trophy, number 323 of 500 made for the uk as a special run-out model of the brilliant 182. Unique features for the Trophy over and above a 182 Cup include Capsicum Red paintwork, V6 rear spoiler, special Sachs Racing dampers and eibach springs, Grey Speedline Turini light alloy wheels and Recaro Trendline leather/alcantara front seats.
It has just turned 67k miles this week and has full service history. All Renault main dealer then the well renowned Renaultsport specialist NW Performance in Northwich for its service it had last week. This included the cambelt + tensioner change as well as the usual oil and filter, air filter, cabin filter and spark plugs. All genuine parts used. In addition to this it also had new genuine rear discs, bearings, pads and a new front splitter fitted. A full set of front brakes were fitted at the last Mot. The aircon has just been re-gassed also. Mot'd and taxed until october. As you can see from the picture there is a ream of service history, bills and invoices to show the car has been fastidiously maintained. All handbooks, folders and the original renault 'accident pack' is here with the car along with 2 sets of keys. It comes on the expensive oe spec Michelin Pilot tyres with good tread all round and is only ever run on Shell V-Power by myself. It is completely standard apart from an Ipod connection into the oe stereo. It is immaculate with no dents or scratches, the interior shows little sign of wear and the steering wheel is in excellent condtion.
If you're looking to buy a Trophy you will no doubt be aware of the 2 expensive jobs on these cars, the cambelt/aux belt change which this has had and the condition of the dampers. The Sachs dampers on this car are in excellent condition, they show no signs of leaks or corrosion and the ride/handling is fantastic, very stiff but well damped.
The car is only used as a toy for weekends really and doesn't get the use it deserves, the only reason for sale is the need to buy an estate car. If you have any questions or want more pictures then please do not hesitate to contact me. £6100ono

Have you tried Piston heads? I would of thought the more serious buyers would look there rather than Ebay. Out of interest did you take your T to NW performance on friday the 25th?

Hi mate, it's on ph too, from previous sales it seems eBay does generate good interest, I have lots of watchers but not alot else. I was at nw performance on a Saturday, can't remember the date of the top of my head, dropped it off and cycled to oulton park to watch a friend racing.

Yes done them myself, they look 100% better IMO although some may disagree on here. Still subtle and better than scabby calipers all day long.
Midder, thanks mate.

I think it's definately worth the asking price. Just a case of waiting for the right buyer.
