Bonjour everyone, thought id share some pics of my 182, had it for a year an a half now, almost had a trophy but insurance was double what it is on the 182

that looks nice. I had a bk/gd one tha same. Changed it for the t and insurance went up 2 groups! The reason they gave was its a more focused car and encourages faster driving etc. Think group 17 was quoted

Cheers lads, yea the 182 is 16 and trophy is 17, payed 1300 but if od
got the trophy it would of been 3300 so more than double!!

thats gotta sting! Mines only 120 difference. Like ya pillars. Were they easy to get out. Theyve got the sensor thinge on them I think.

Lol it was anoyin but i love the 182 still! Cheers mate, yea ther ok to do, av got the hang of them now av done loadsa sets, ive just done pat's for him off here,
yea nearly all of them do, beat way is to cut
a
inch from the top of the pillar to were the senaor is thwn you can slide it out and take the pillar off, when i trim them you cant see the cut uve made anyway so its all good
let mw know if you want them done for ya mate

Cheers mate, yea it defo does, some think its to low but i like the low asfuk look lol

i made the badge myself mate its just a vinyl sheet that looks like carbon

Lol, i mate if i had a trophy i wudnt lower it like i have to this, lot ov
people think its to low but i like the low look of it and dont reli drive
fast all over the place hunting for twisties lol

Not sure what the crack is with the insurance though???
My old 182 was costing £900 per year, sold it and bought a GTI6 as a gap car, same group 16 but only cost £400iirc???
Then i got the Trophy 7 month later and my first year was approx £800. Down to £480 now. All with Direct line.

Wish mine was that cheap, im 23, onto my second year no claim now, will have it in 6 months time,
first car i just gt insured on my dads name to save money
ive payed 1300 twice now, pisses me off i only do abwt 7k a year, bike to work to save petrol and starting the car up fr a short journey bfe it has a chance to warm up, its jus one ov those things i guess
