38 yr old here,just had our 1st child,a son born 3 weeks ago,
so sold up my honda fireblade and e46 bmw 330ci,
stashed the cash in the bank and realised i missed my old hot hatch days
so grabbed a neat and tidy 172 sport in flame red.

i adore the car,and am loving every moment of it.
soon as im back to work from paternity leave,
itll be exhaust/coilovers ect lol shhh dont tell the mrs.

looks a superb site btw,hope you dont mind another non trophy owner hanging around.:up:

i had a 330Ci pre the Trophy also - moved to a 540 after that.. which I'm thinking of shifting on for a go anywhere car... Welcome.

i enjoyed the bmw,it was auto but had the paddle shift on the steering wheel which worked quite well.
heavy on juice though with the auto,but suited the big engine,specialy in the stop start traffic round here most days.
full upgraded harmon kardon kit too.

loving this rattly,creaky duper hot hatch so much though,its the kind of car you make an excuse just to go drive in!!

had a scooby uk300,modded quite a lot as well as a mk2 escort rs mexico,and an escort cosworth for a while.

biggest passion has always been bikes though,4 yzf r1's,(love em) and a few fireblades,aprilia rsv mille ect.
but with having a 3wk old son,i dont want to be killed on a bike and miss him growing up.
