Hi guys,

Need some help please, my drivers seat wasn't locking into place on one side so I took the seat off the 'Trophy brackets' as I don't have access to a ramp to take the full seat and rails off.

I have found the problem. On the left side rail, there was a spring missing which should click the runner back into a lock position when I let go of the handle.

I know this from looking under the passengers side seat (which works fine)

Any idea where I can get one of these? Don't want to have to pay for a whole new seat/assembly......

Thanks in advance!

Thanks but I managed to make one!

Renparts wanted to sell me the whole runner assembly for £100+ so I bought some steel wire and got angry with some mole grips.....

Thanks for the help all. Yeah it was odd, the sliders appeared ok, just one side didn't click into position.
This did, as mentioned, turn out to be a missing spring that locked the offending slider into position but what's even more odd is that the passenger side had two of these springs (as pictured above), one on each runner. However, both springs on the drivers side were missing, but only one side didn't work. I.e, one side (right) appeared to be working without a spring.

Either way, incase anyone else comes across this problem as they're spring breaks or mysteriously disappears.....I bought what my local rc model shop called 'piano wire', same thickness steel spring wire and bent it into the shape required. Works a treat and only cost me £1!
