Hi

What is the best way to deal with low sitting rear wiper?

i do not really want to move it up a spline, as that means trying to get if off :(, is there any other adjustment?

No thats the only way, unless its sitting low because of play from the arm on the spline which would mean a new arm.

Maybe worth considering removing it all together and replacing it with a blanking plate?

Get a windscreen wiper arm puller for about £5 if you havent already got one/borrow one and adjust it slightly on the splines. If it slips back down again then its a wiper motor issue or spines in the ar are shot.
