    Refreshments for the Trophy

I'm sorry I've no idea how much they are. I bought mine years ago!

    Refreshments for the Trophy

Wow. It's one dial under the wheel arch. If you want to de-pin then just go for it. You are never going to ruin the handling as its only one setting to put back and it's nice to have a little adjustability. The one change I would add though is the Revalved Mark Fish Koni adjustable dampers on...

New owner - some help needed

You are right. This could easily become a pretty major transformation. The Trophy as standard feels more at home on the road than on track. I thought mine was the most fun when it just had 1.5 degrees negative camber on the front and a white line rear anti-roll bar. The balance was very neutral...

    Another misfire

I had this problem. Started with coil pack, leads and a spark plug assuming I had everything covered but it was an injector.

    kamracing

I have used Kam racing in the past with no problems and they appear to be really competitive.

    Original owners?

I still have mine. 130k but not using it daily for the last year. There are a few others still going I think. Hoolio. Cue?

    Cliotrophy Insurance Discount scheme?

I have also used them for years. Ideal for a lightly modded car. Just don't swap for a BMW or you'll have to go somewhere else!

Pictures of 2118's on Mark Fish Springs?

Not sure when and where the picture came from but Matt's car was the original Mark Fish Trophy. It does look good!

    Suspension geo settings.?

I doubt you would want to drive down to Marlow to see Mark Fish for a geo setup if you are in the North West. If your close then you should. I'm guessing you just need a front toe setting? Or are you looking to make changes too? i would go for a parallel front toe setup or slightly toe in is...

    Trophy Valuation Help

This was not dry stored from new though. It was 5 years old and 35k before storage. I think we agree in general. I'm just trying to steer the OP on the side of caution as I think some people may be underestimating the possible costs and over valuing the car. The dampers may be fine but they may...

    Trophy Valuation Help

Who knows. I agree I would wait and see what happens but we all know they could go at any time even on low mileage cars. I'd imagine they would need to be rebuilt within a few months as the seals are 10 years old and it hasn't moved for 5. It would be sensible to factor that into the purchase price.

    Trophy Valuation Help

I actually think for a valuation you should expect it to easily cost 2 - 2.5k to get this car back to where it should be. Cam and Aux belt with water pump and dephaser pulley. oil and filters. Brake fluid. Discs and pads all around. Battery and possibly alternator. Basic damper rebuild...

    Which springs?

Mark Fish are also a bit stiffer.
