Who knows. I agree I would wait and see what happens but we all know they could go at any time even on low mileage cars. I'd imagine they would need to be rebuilt within a few months as the seals are 10 years old and it hasn't moved for 5. It would be sensible to factor that into the purchase price.
I actually think for a valuation you should expect it to easily cost 2 - 2.5k to get this car back to where it should be.
