The one in the first link is my old car.
I posted on CS about it.
If you can find one with better history buy it!
I was anal with up keep even getting the belts & kit etc done for Steve the teacher who I sold it too four yrs ago, perks of mates.
Thats the problem 'standard'.
On a flowing A or B road brakes are OK, I live in the 'sticks' as it were & back lanes & B roads are my usual haunts.
These show the weaknesses up straight away, hence everyone upgrades brakes
Anyone who takes a T on track soon finds the limits of a standard...
Aux at 36k, cam at 60K.
The important thing is get the kit not just the belt  for what an aux costs when it's cambelt time not worth skimping on #-o
Normally every 12 months or 12000 miles.
60K is the cambelt/aux (waterpump at same time for peace of mind)
The nice man at Renault sorted mine FOC at 15K
Yes CD are 18th, but booked Focused day months ago.
Was good day had everything from rain to brilliant sunshine, started off raining but by dinner was drying after dinner bone dry :D
Got 5 to have a go at with CD will look as to where next
Some of us on here have had Trophy's with less than 5000 miles on the clock.
That still does not detract from the fact that this one is 6 years old.
I buy my cars to use them & as such I can see no 'extra' value in this one.
Rather a 30K model & use it :D
