ph1 - ph2 airbox

Hi,

Has anybody here ever tried to use the 172 ph1 (round) airbox instead of the ph2 model? I have heard that the ph1 airbox is less restrictive.

Yeah it's been done countless times, with generally good results. Although gains are minimal at best as with all air filter mods.
