Thanks! i've jsut given Mickleton a ring - sounded great to start with.. cam & aux belts for around £525, but then when i asked about the rest of the service, fluids etc she reckoned about another £300.. So not a lot different to Benfield.

Thanks for the reply it's interesting if Northwest do the work in half the time Renault quote - as this is obviously where the £ saving is. It would be good to know whether Renault overstate the time required, or Northwest cut any corners..
