Mat, if you haven't already sorted this, you might want to ask James (@jmh93) for his advice regarding a respray. He had his done before the WW2018 and it looked good to my eyes.
Quite a bit more...about £500. But that is with just the one year's NCD I have on this car and 3 points on my license [emoji15]

I got an agreed valuation from Adrian Flux back in May. #247 with over 100k miles on the clock was valued at £6k. That was the value I suggested and they seemed to concur without any quibbles.
Thanks everyone for your input.
I had a look but couldn't see any signs of rubbing on mine. I did notice that one of the bolts was missing on the cracked side, however, there doesn't seem to be any movement that would cause it to catch on the glass so Mikey could be right.
Just need to find...
Pretty sure the struts are right (and changed in 2014 from the history). The spoiler doesn't touch the roof at all when opening the boot. Maybe someone could confirm the part number:

Thanks guys.
Sharky's comment made me laugh - I've banged my head so many times already cos I forget how low the tailgate is.

Looking for some advice. I have this crack on the edge of the spoiler. Do you think it could be repaired (and if so, how), or does it need to be replaced (where could I get one from)?
Any ideas how it might have happened? I'd like to guard against it happening again.
Cheers
Few photos after washing 246 the other night. Was only after a new profile pic (now I've got the narrow front number plate fitted) but thought I'd share them here.

And sat next to the Scooby:
About a 380 mile round trip for me. Didcot to Leeds and back again. Shared the driving on the way up in the Scooby and drove the Trophy back with my mate following. Loved every minute. Think he did too.
Hi all, doing this a bit back to front as I've already made a few posts, but I'm actually new here. My name's Ian, Wiggy to my friends, like to think of myself as a bit of a petrolhead and just yesterday I bought myself a Trophy.
The first car I've owned worthy of mention was about 8 years...
Fair enough. To give the seller his dues, he did return my call Friday night and put my worries to rest. He reckoned the xenons were fitted at the factory and like you said Jaine, seats had been upgraded by a previous owner. I forgot to ask what number it was though (which we now know to be...
You did better than me then, I could never get through so gave up. Advert says FSH and is the cambelt due time-wise as that was apparently last changed at 68k miles and car's now on 88k? Do you know whether the lights and seats were upgrades?
Seen this one advertised for £4,500. I'm no expert but it seems too good a deal to me... plus there's no mention of it's Trophy number (nor can you see from any of the photos), the ad says it has Xenons and the rear seats are full size (not bench type)...
